About Nick
Over a decade ago, Nick and his wife Jess packed up everything, moved to Charleston, SC, and co-planted Bright City Church together. Two people, one city, one big dream — to build a church that would be a genuine light right in the heart of the community. Today, that dream is very much alive.
When Nick isn't pastoring, you'll find him writing, coaching pastors and entrepreneurs, or somewhere in the beautiful chaos of life with Jess and their four kids — Elias, Glory, Benja, and Cannon. He believes deeply that faith should be practical, leadership should be humble, and the best is always still ahead.

Who Nick Speaks To
Maybe you're in the hard middle of something that matters — a calling that's costing you more than you expected, a dream that's taking longer than you planned, or a season of fatherhood that's harder than anyone told you it would be.
You don't need someone to tell you to try harder. You need someone to remind you why it's worth it.
For the person who's ready to walk away from what God placed in their heart. Nick speaks to the real cost of calling — and why the payoff on the other side is worth choosing to stay.
From co-planting Bright City Church in Charleston from scratch, Nick brings hard-won wisdom on leading when the road is unclear — and building something that actually lasts.
A husband, dad of four, and author of Bible Promises for Dads — Nick speaks honestly to the men who want to lead their families well but aren't sure they have what it takes.
Fill out the form and Nick's team will be in touch within a few days. Whether it's a Sunday morning, a leadership retreat, or a men's event — if it's the right fit, Nick would love to be there.
