About Nick

Get to Know Nick

14 years ago, Nick and his wife Jess packed up everything, moved to Charleston, SC, and co-planted Bright City Church together. Two people, one city, one big dream. They set out to build a church that would be a genuine light right in the heart of the community. Today, that dream is very much alive.

Along the way, Nick and Jess also built and sold a small business, giving Nick a firsthand understanding of the real challenges leaders and entrepreneurs face. Today he comes alongside organizations and leaders to help them solve their toughest problems, drawing on years of leading, building, and creating from the ground up.

When he isn't working, you'll find Nick writing or somewhere in the beautiful chaos of life with Jess and their four kids: Elias, Glory, Benja, and Cannon. A University of South Carolina graduate in Religious Studies with a Master's in Missional Leadership from Re:Train Seminary, he believes deeply that faith should be practical, leadership should be humble, and the best is always still ahead.
